Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the raising and tracking of capital and expense POs.
• Organize customer visits, events and meetings for the site.
• Compile and generate department statistics for management review. These can be related to production or site data.
• Maintain/enforce clean office workspace for the comfort of the employees.
• Assist employees with IT/Office services to enhance their productivity.

Requirements:

• Must be adept at Excel data entry and manipulation. Plotting and Pivot Table skills will be necessary.
• Must be a self-starter; be proactive in dealing with internal stakeholders and vendors/suppliers.
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
