Administrative duties

Coordinate household shopping, duties, dog care, appointments, transportation.
Pay monthly invoices, schedule maintenance of automobiles
Assist with tracking orders and anticipate/confirm deliveries. Process returns manage refunds.
Travel Planning
Coordinate travel arrangements for family. Book private jet, research and book accommodations,
Coordinate with other family member Executive Assistant.
Interior design
Serve as a first in line assistant to clients personal interior design activities.
Mange placement and oversight of orders
ensure timely payment and approvals
schedule delivers.
General administrative duties for back office operations and special projects as assigned.
