Employment Opportunity for Part-Time

Motor Vehicle/Driver’s License Associate

Applications are being accepted for a guaranteed 30-hour average per week Office Associate in the Shelby County Treasurer’s Office.

Successful candidate will issue driver’s licenses, process motor vehicle transactions and various official documents. Associate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in data entry, process confidential information, be detail-oriented and multi-task. Customer service skills are essential as associate must provide quality professional service to the public in a polite, courteous and cooperative manner.

Associate must have a valid Iowa driver’s license, complete training sessions as required and pass a criminal background check.
