Treasury Analyst jobs in Boca Raton, FL

Intermedia Group has the following open position with one of our clients:


TITLE: Treasury Analyst

LOCATION: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

TYPE: Full-Time Salaried Employment
 
CUSTOMER: 

• The company provides advanced engineering, design and manufacturing solutions to the aviation, energy, and defense end markets

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for daily cash positioning, concentration of funds, funding requirements and short-term investments and borrowings.

2. Cashflow Forecasting Process:

• Preparation of Weekly Cash Flow Report for Senior Management

• Responsible for 13 week rolling cash flow model.

1. Review of Bank Account Analysis

2. Letters of Credit:

• Issuance of Letters of Credit

• Maintain database for all LOC’s

1. Controls and coordinates all company bank accounts:

• Updates resolutions

• Open/close accounts as needed.

• Responsible for records of all authorized signers

1. Administration of $75MM Receivable Securitization

• Bi-Monthly / Monthly Reports

1. Assist Risk Manager in Allocation of Insurance Program Costs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Accounting or Finance

• Professional experience working in either a Treasury Department, Accounting Department or in Financial Operations within a large corporate environment.

• Experience with international markets is a plus.
