Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Job Summary:
The Director of Treasury Operations will lead a team of five staff members that provide client-facing treasury. Treasury Operations opens, maintains, operates and controls over fifty client bank accounts, initiating thousands of ACH, wire and check payments monthly. A mind for process improvement and control is central to success in this position.
· Learn the fund administration business by working closely with our Operations Department.
· Refine and monitor internal controls to mitigate operational, compliance risks and reputational risk.

Credentials and Experience:
· We are looking for a fastidious, highly organized, confident individual.
· Experience: 5 years in financial services.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Education: Undergraduate business degree at minimum. MBA a plus. Preferred majors: accounting, finance, or management.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Investment industry and banking knowledge or job experience is a plus.
