Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of daily treasury operations. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Responsibilities:
- Construct and maintain Land Bank Proformas for all current and future projects
- Create prospective deal proposals to determine the best fit Land Banker and best terms for each project
- Track and determine project-specific financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts on all Lot Costs an Project Performance Proformas monthly
- Track Lot Purchases from Land Bankers, Land Bank Interest Payments, Land Bank Interest Accruals, and Land/Lot Deposit Payments and Returns to continually track Lot Costs and monitor for any changes to budgeted Lot Costs
- Manages and drives division's quarterly and annual budget process
- Analyze current market data and compare to prospective Project Performance Proformas to advise Division Leadership, CFO, and the corporation on the viability of prospective projects
- Help the accounting team with monthly close, including helping reconcile inventory and input journal entries for lot purchases and development projects
