Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Treasury Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Treasury Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for using current company tools to assist in the item level pricing analysis necessary for developing pricing models and proposals for prospective and current customers. This position is located on-site at our home office in Shreveport, Louisiana. Responsibilities: Assist with organizing, analyzing, and tracking pricing data at the detail level in order to better support the pricing team with building proposals that are both market competitive and profitable. Use various tools already in place to compare our best available pricing with the competition. Organize pricing comparison and profitability data used in developing a proposal at the detail and summary level. Communicate with members of the sales team to provide them with any needed pricing data and analyses. Assist in maintaining and improving current tools and processes used in pricing analysis. May assist in developing new tools meant to improve and streamline current processes. Maintain records of competitive item pricing, completed, and in-process proposals. Other tasks as assigned. Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Access, etc. Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with members of the internal team and outside sales team. Must be meticulous and demonstrate the desire to acquire new knowledge and skills. Background in data analysis is a plus. Experience with AS400 and SQL preferred. Pharmaceutical distribution pricing experience preferred.

Treasury Analysts seem to be robots plugging in numbers to spreadsheets, but the Director of Billing basically is responsible for and involved in all accounting related to revenues – deferring unearned, accruing unbilled, dealing with auditors, analyzing to ensure accuracy, determining appropriate accruals for bad debt, some forecasting of future billing and/or cash flow, etc.
