Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of daily treasury operations. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Treasury Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Treasury Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Treasury Analyst
Stamford, CT
$60K to $80K Bonus
Some Treasury experience is required for this position. The right candidate either works in a Treasury Department or handles these Treasury functions.
This position is on-site and candidates must live commutable to the Stamford, CT area.
The Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasurer and will have primary responsibility for monitoring daily cash transactions and maintaining the cash files in Excel. Additional responsibilities will include forecasting cash requirements for various accounts, setting up vendor payments and setting up certificates to transfer cash between accounts.

The Analyst will also work directly with the in-house finance personnel at the company and at the various power plants, with banking relationship officers, and will generally assist the Treasurer and Treasury Associate in the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Department.
