Scope of Responsibilities: This position will report to the VP Financial Planning and Treasury Services

With a specific emphasis on corporate cash flow management, credit application and reviews, D & B monitoring and management, and any additional Treasury needs as they develop as KPH continues to grow.

Job Summary: Facilitates daily treasury operations, provides accurate cash reporting, and assists with bank structure management and some risk management activities. Produces reports to aid in the forecasting of cash needs for the business and assists with other treasury functions. Manage and analyze organization’s financial activity when required.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Save PDF images of banking information for balancing and processing by various departments.
• Process electronic Lock Box file each morning.
• Save Lock Box check images for Accounts Receivable’s use.
• Distribute checks received from the US Postal Service for deposit in Community Bank
• Process Remote Deposit
• Enter Control Totals into Key Bank software after Accounts Payable completes ACH payment cycle. Monitor emails daily to ensure file was received and Control Totals match.
• Process weekly Wire payments.
• Process weekly EDI payments.
• Process ProAct ACH Debit from Client Accounts when requested.
• Send daily Positive Pay file to Key Bank
• Monitor Emails for Positive pay exceptions and possible fraud.
• Monitor cash to determine if an advance is necessary from the Line of Credit
• Process monthly wire to pay Line of Credit Interest
• Set up & maintain bank accounts as needed.
• Assist other departments with banking information as needed.
• Complete Credit Applications
• Request Bank References
• Request Bank Account Verification Letters
• Request New Merchant Numbers for credit card processing.
• Complete Resale Certificates
• Order Corporate Credit Cards as needed.
• Contact
• Update weekly Cash Flow statement.
• Work with our Dun & Bradstreet Concierge to update information on our D&B page.
• Assign cards in Concur.

Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum: Associates in Finance orAccounting                   

Experience: 

• Preferred: 2-4 years previous experience in Treasury/Banking

Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug Test
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

Compensation:

$23/hr-$26/hr 

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
