KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees daily management of cash and debt.
• Ensure that appropriate reserve accounts and various contractual requirements associated with loan documents and operating accounts are adhered to.
• Oversees lender relationships as it relates to cash management, transfers of cash and payments, and fees and deposit rates associated with the same.
• Propose distributions and capital calls.
• Forecast and calculate DSCR and DY ratios as required by loan agreements.
• Carry out daily bank controls to ensure all payments have been debited to the correct accounts and analysis of returns.
• Oversees and leads the daily cash position tracking, and monthly cash flow forecasting.
• Coordinate and maintain on going communication within Accounting/Finance and other departments to make timely payments and provide information for month end close.
• Responsible for the timely tracking and payment of hotel mortgage loans.
• Completes all tasks related to the opening and closing of bank accounts.
• Assists both Corporate Accounting and Hotel Accounting with banking needs including wire and ACH payment processing.
• Establish and actively implement protocols to track compliance.
• Leadership and oversight of Treasury Assistant role.
• Work directly with CAO on ad hoc projects as requested.
