The TM Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to Fortifi Bank's sales teams and to our clients, regarding the implementation and maintenance of treasury management products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and analyzing all Fortifi Bank TM products and services, to maximize the core system's use and potential in optimizing performance.

Job Details:

• Maintains a high level of knowledge on all Fortifi Bank TM products and services
• Coordinates the opening and maintaining of TM business accounts with branch staff
• Acts as a support contact for Fortifi Bank TM clients
• Travels to meet with TM clients, as needed
• Ensures all ACH services, policies, and procedures meet regulatory compliance
• Aids in gathering all necessary documentation from TM clients, required to open and prepare agreements
• Prepares agreements and exposure/limit paperwork for TM accounts and services
• Maintains the supply of technical TM inventory
• Reviews SEC codes and contacts clients for training opportunities
• Completes TM questionnaires
• Identifies new opportunities related to client accounts and makes recommendations to the sales team
