Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. The Treasury Management Operations Specialist serves a critical role in the onboarding and servicing of treasury clients. This position is also responsible for assisting the TM Relationship Managers and TM Support Specialists with client support during the onboarding process and post-implementation.
The TM Operations Specialist will routinely engage in client discussions and assist in troubleshooting treasury product-related issues. This position will also provide remote or in person client training of treasury products.
The TM Support Specialist will assist in monitoring risk associated with treasury products and annual risk assessments. A key responsibility of the TM Operations Specialist is ensuring that the systematic onboarding process of treasury products and services is completed correctly, timely and documented to ensure satisfactory audits.
Because treasury products are technology-centric, it is important for the TM Operations Specialist to obtain ongoing education.
The TM Operations Specialist is encouraged to pursue advanced certifications in Treasury Services and Payment Systems such as AAP and APRP.
