We are looking for a Senior Director, Treasury - Credit to join our Global Treasury organization. Reporting directly to the VP, Treasurer, this key leader in finance will be responsible for actively managing the Global Credit function and assisting with various core treasury activities. These activities may include capital planning, working capital management, foreign exchange, and liquidity management to support Sanmina's strategic growth and financial goals.
Manage and develop a team of three experienced credit managers
Ensure the Customer Portfolio complies with Sanmina's Global Credit Policy
Develop and implement a comprehensive credit risk management strategy that includes evaluating the creditworthiness of current and prospective customers, setting appropriate credit limits, and communicating these recommendations
Continuously evaluate and optimize credit processes to improve efficiency and accuracy with a focus on implementing automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
Collaborate with Sanmina's senior leadership along our customers to generate insightful reporting to enable effective business decisions
Ability to drive multiple initiatives between various teams including Sales, Operations, Global Finance Center, Accounting, IT, and other corporate functions
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required (Finance /Accounting, Business Management or related field). Master's Degree (MBA) and/or CPA, CFA, CTP preferred
Minimum of 10 year's work-related experience required, preferably in global treasury. At least 3 years must be in credit management
Management experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP Software System (Oracle preferred)
Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
