Treasury Director jobs in Orange, CA
Treasury Director manages and oversees all aspects of daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Director reviews and approves cash allocation reports, investment records, and expense and earnings forecasts. Develops department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additionally, Treasury Director ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Treasury Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Treasury Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. - Compile cash position report
- Post entries and reconcile general ledger accounts associated with wire transfer, cash receipts, and foreign exchange deposits & fees.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Evaluate bank services and fees, monitor bank performance and maintain banking relationships.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze variances
- Compile short-term and long-term cash forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash management processes
Qualifications/Skills:
- BA degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related discipline
- 5 years’ experience working in a corporate treasury environment
- Experience with foreign currencies a must.
- Great communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
