Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Director reviews and approves cash allocation reports, investment records, and expense and earnings forecasts. Develops department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additionally, Treasury Director ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Treasury Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. The Opportunity
We are actively hiring for an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the maintenance of the property while leading and directing a team of maintenance team members. It is the Maintenance Director’s responsibility to construct and implement maintenance policies and procedures that are compliant to Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) regulations. Additionally, you will create preventive maintenance system policies and procedures to anticipate future maintenance issues in order manage daily operations in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
