TITLE: Client Treasury Services Officer

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective business clients
• Solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service
• Assesses customer needs and recommends effective strategies
• Contributes to the Bank’s deposit growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from the sale of treasury management products and services
• Works closely with Business Development team in attaining customer sales goals
• Attains established individual, department and Bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs

Qualifications:

• Three years of related experience with treasury management sales, support, and business development experience in the financial services industry
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience or knowledge in cost and profitability analysis
• Intermediate knowledge of related bank compliance regulations, bank products and services
• Advanced computer skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related business field preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to achieve maximum productivity
