Treasury Manager manages all aspects of daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Monitors cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Manager allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecasts. Develops and implements department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Work Days and Expected Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Function: Provide professional and timely support to internal and external customers related to Treasury products including Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Business Mobile Deposit, Business Sweeps, Account Analysis (AA), ACH Origination, Online Banking, and other Treasury products. Act as a liaison between customers and lines of business to assist business customers in increasing efficiencies with cashflow management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with the efficient and effective control of the Commercial Treasury Operations department through:
Promptly responding to customer/internal inquiries in a courteous and professional manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Providing customer and internal personnel with accurate product knowledge and service information, as well as, operational knowledge that will assist personnel in the successful completion of their duties.
Providing professional written correspondence to customers when necessary.
Proficient in the set up and function of advanced Commercial Treasury Operations products to includes:
Sweeps to automatically transfer funds with no need for manual process to minimize risk of overdrafts
AA account management to assist business customers with business accounts
RDC to assist customers with increased cash flow management as well as depositing checks efficiently into S&T accounts
ACH Origination to process electronic funds transfers facilitating debit and credit transactions
Online Banking providing real-time access to account information allowing the customer to initiate transactions and reporting
Assessment of fees for customer utilizations (i.e. monthly, equipment and activity fees).
Corresponds directly with customers via telephone, mail and e-mail to:
Identify and addresses customer needs by recommending applicable products and services across various lines of business that may represent a value to the customer.
Supports customers through troubleshooting of technical needs regarding the Commercial Treasury products and services in a professional manner using appropriate software to streamline process and improve efficiency.
Works directly with vendors regarding issues related to outages, errors and customer issues.
Updates and maintains various reports and spreadsheets.
Assists with the training process for new Commercial Treasury Operations team members on processes, products and services.
Maintains a positive attitude and strong, working relationship with all bank employees. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn the organization.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
Operates a keypad device: 60% of the day; operates electronic equipment: 20% of the day; operates office equipment: 20% of the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, elbows. Sitting and walking are required. Routinely lifts 20 lbs., 3 times per day. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work. Education
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training, trade school, or a two-year degree.
Experience
Up to one year of general experience and knowledge with various software applications.
