Treasury Manager manages all aspects of daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Monitors cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Manager allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecasts. Develops and implements department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additionally, Treasury Manager ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. This position will provide maintenance and support for clients/server and some Web-based systems. The position will
learn to provide the necessary programming skills using Client/Server IDE (interactive development environment) tools
to maintain and support production systems. This position will also migrate and upgrade selected systems from a
client/server environment to a Web-based environment. This position may also be involved in new development,
maintenance and enhancements which would encompass testing, implementation, and support. The employee
performs a complete range of assignments including, but not limited to, assisting in requirement gathering, test plans,
document applications for Treasury Projects. This individual will provide technical support to other team members and
evaluate new development tools and agency systems.
