Treasury Manager manages all aspects of daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Monitors cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Manager allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecasts. Develops and implements department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additionally, Treasury Manager ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Treasury Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Treasury Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     to maintain and support production systems. This position will also migrate and upgrade selected systems from a

    client/server environment to a Web-based environment. This position may also be involved in new development,

    maintenance and enhancements which would encompass testing, implementation, and support. The employee

    performs a complete range of assignments including, but not limited to, assisting in requirement gathering, test plans,

    document applications for Treasury Projects. This individual will provide technical support to other team members and

    evaluate new development tools and agency systems.

    Monitor new technologies, methodologies, and trends.

    Maintain and update technical and managerial skills.

    Attend classes, seminars, and user groups to retain/improve knowledge and skills.

    Share news and knowledge with unit staff.

    Maintain and develop knowledge and skills in technical management, including team building, teamwork, and

    career development.

    Manage or serve on special projects or evaluation committees as assigned.

    Assist Senior Management in establishing and ensuring a professional workplace environment.

    Must be able to perform secure coding and release management.

    Must be able to perform development on internal and external applications.

    Must be able to perform real-time and web development.

    Develop applications in C#, .NET, Java, and JavaScript.

    Must be able to successfully work independently.

    Must be proficient and experienced at writing and modifying system documentation.

    Provide clear communication both verbally and in writing.

    Must be able to clearly explain technical information to both technical and non-technical individuals.

    Must be able to assist in the gathering of requirements (traditional waterfall and agile) for all IT solutions and be

    able to develop the application requested from the requirements.

    Validate and finalize Local Change Board and Enterprise Change Board documents.

    Ensure proper change management for all requested fixes to production systems.

    Ensure proper change management for all requested changes to system designs and system architecture

    standards are documented.

    Validate test data and test results during development.

    Differentiate between defects and new requirements and initiate change requests as necessary.

    Develop and monitor defect tracking logs and facilitate problem resolution.
