Summary

The Assistant Manager in the Treasury Team will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), banking, and cash management functions. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic leader with a strong background in accounting, possessing excellent Excel skills, adept at data analysis, and skilled in implementing new technology and automating work processes.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Lead and manage daily AR and AP operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Supervise banking activities, including reconciliations and cash flow forecasting, to optimize liquidity management
  • Drive the implementation and maintenance of automated treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance treasury processes and systems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members on treasury processes and systems
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation

• $80,000 - $92,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Qualifications

Skills

• Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in Excel or equivalent software Required
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Required

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 5 - 7 Years of Experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Cash Projection, and/or Related Field Required
• 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
• 6-9 Years of Experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasure, Cash Projection, and/or Related Field Preferred
