Treasury Manager manages all aspects of daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Monitors cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Manager allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecasts. Develops and implements department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additionally, Treasury Manager ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Treasury Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Treasury Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities
Reporting to the Treasury Manager of North America Treasury Operations, the Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury activities for North America Gaming and Lottery. Along with strong technical, analytical and communication skills, the ideal candidate must be detail orientated, organized, flexible and self-motivated. This position requires corporate cash management or treasury experience and an understanding of GAAP.
Responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following:
- Prepare daily cash position and ensure adequate liquidity
- Prepare and update Cash Forecast
- Initiate wire transfers
- Place foreign currency trades
- Short-term debt management
- Adhering to regulatory requirements
- Review and post journal entries
- Prepare various reports as part of month end closing
- Establish and build collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners
- Ability to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
- Track and assist in the issuance of letters of credit, bonds, and intercompany loans
- Online banking portal administrator
- Assist with cash management strategies in terms of banking relationships, maintaining optimal bank account structure (including opening/closing/updating authorized account signers) and bank fee management
- Continuously adhere to Treasury and Accounting policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Accounting, Finance, Economics
- 3 years of Treasury, Finance or Accounting experience; Treasury experience preferred
- Understanding of GAAP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with internal and external business partners
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- CTP is a plus
- SAP experience preferred

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000 - $101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
