Club Sport Finance and Administration Assistant
The Ithaca College Office of Campus Recreation is seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant. This position will report to the Associate Director of Campus Recreation and assist in the coordination of club sport travel, expense reporting, and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
Assist with creating and updating club travel budgets, and pre-trip authorizations.
Assist with compiling expense reports and reconciling travel expenses in the IC Finance Cloud.
Assist with day-to-day activities involved with processing business documents such as:
Clerical support
Data entry
Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Campus Recreation staff.
Requirements:

Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

Experience with Club Sports

Pay Rate: $15.00
