SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager, Leave Administration will focus primarily on developing and administering leave programs across Richemont Americas while liaising with HR business partners, leaders, and benefit vendors.

MAIN PURPOSE
This position administers the Leave of Absence (LOA) programs. Based in our Shelton, CT office and reporting to the Benefits Director, this individual, in addition to carrying out the day-to-day administrative processing, will serve as the subject matter expert and proactively identify areas for continuous improvement in our policies and processes.
