CityLift and CountyLink services are provided by Transdev in the greater Peoria area. We give support and mobility to people who otherwise would not have the freedom to be apart of our great community. The CityLift Scheduler/Administrative Assistant position will provide support for our dispatch and management team in a variety of ways.

What you will be doing:
- Maintains current knowledge of and adherence to all Transdev operating policies, directives, and procedures.
- Responds, records and resolves customer feedback
- Communicates and coordinates with internal departments to help meet customer needs
- Appears for work on time and ready to work. Adheres to Transdev Attendance and Uniform Policy.
- Requires commitment and execution of customer service described as, providing value added services to external and internal customers, including attitude and service knowledge and delivering our commitment to “I care, and I can do” with a smile.
- Maintain a cooperative attitude with fellow coworkers, supervisors, managers, passengers and ALWAYS promoting company “good-will.”
- Perform scheduling, data reconciliation and research on missing information for trips scheduled in the past and current trips.
- Support recruitment and employment retention activities
Who you are:
- High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must have possessed a valid US Driver’s License for at least three years.
- Must possess a valid Illinois driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must not have more than one traffic citation for a moving violation within the past two years and must have no DWI/DUI convictions within the past five years.
- Read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
- Must be able to work weekends, very early mornings, days, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be able to use company communications systems and communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the telephone.
- Must be able to read a map and possess knowledge of the service area.
- Ability to accurately type 45-55 words per minute.
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; uses proper grammar and appropriate form in routine correspondence; uses tact, diplomacy, and flexibility in all interactions.
- Ability to organize and perform work efficiently, strong attention to details.
- Basic math skills.

- Must be hospitable, guest/customer service oriented, and be willing to serve the needs of passengers.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must submit to drug testing. We do test for all drugs including marijuana.
- Must consent to a background check
- Must be able to maintain a DOT medical card
