Administrative Assistant- APS Administration
Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Director & Assistant Director in the Department of Advanced Practice to ensure efficient and effective day to day operations of divisional and clinical activities and in support of departmental goals and objectives. Responsibilities include: Manage office support and human resource activities, update and maintain policies, protocols, departmental files, and the APS website. Develop and maintain divisional/productivity quality data, perform data collection, create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and related systems to support goals, objectives and program development. Coordinate monthly grand rounds, manage the Directors’ calendars and associated scheduling and provide administrative support to committees; prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, finalize and distribute minutes, and track follow up to meeting outcomes. Maintain a professional and confidential work environment. Complete other responsibilities and projects as delegated/assigned.
