Trust Administrator manages and administers a group of trust accounts. Reviews legal and financial documents, cultivates customer relationships and transfers and invests balances for clients. Being a Trust Administrator requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Trust Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Excellent customer service skills required. Must have aptitude for computers and be proficient in Word and Excel. Banking experience and/or accounts payable and receivable knowledge is a plus. Incumbent will perform general and routine operational and clerical tasks for Trust Officers and Department. Will assist Trust Officers in management of accounts and clients by coordination of schedules and resolving simple operational questions and issues. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
