Trust Administrator manages and administers a group of trust accounts. Reviews legal and financial documents, cultivates customer relationships and transfers and invests balances for clients. Being a Trust Administrator requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Trust Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an Administrator at our Bethlehem location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized in-home care to support our clients’ unique needs. As an Administrator, you will direct, administer, and coordinate the business activities; you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business.     Responsibilities:

    · Oversee client care plans to ensure they are complete, accurate and up to date

    · Develop and execute caregiver schedules

    · Ensure policy and procedure compliance

    · Oversee all training including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training

    · Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations

    · Direct care supervision

    · Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

    · Be available on-call as needed

    · Other duties as needed

     

    Qualifications:

    · 5 years supervisory or administrative experience

    · Ability to solve problems quickly and independently

    · Understanding of the statutory and administrative rules of the state’s regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance within the agency

    · Excellent written and verbal communication

    · 1 years Microsoft Word, Excel or similar experience

    · Ability to pass all background screening

    · 1 years Home Care experience (Preferred)
