Position Summary:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Handles all aspects of client-bank relationship management with FIS-ICBA Card Services.
- Facilitates the design and monitoring the inventory of the cardstock of the Bank’s four programs, and handle all submission through client portal safe forms.
- Completes credit card daily reconcilements and report interest income to general ledgers for review by Loan Operations Manager.
- Receives and prepares new account information that is received from associates to ensure all documents comply with procedures and ready for order through ClientLink system.
- Reviews and processes credit card maintenance information to complete on ClientLink system (i.e. address changes, release card blocks, falcon alerts, CAM alerts, name changes, etc.).
- Investigates potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system.
- Completes the necessary steps to initiate, properly conduct credit card claim investigations and respond to all claim related inquiries within regulatory or required timeframes.
- Answers incoming calls related to credit card program and providing a positive resolution.
- Performs portfolio consults with existing clients to help them improve penetration, usage, and activation of their card programs.
- Manages the rewards program and issuance of points and the electronic services program (Credit Card App and Online Banking).
- Creates and mail letters for new accounts; completes returned credit card mail according to procedures.
- Completes monthly corporate credit card statement payments; mails annually credit card privacy notices.
- Scans and files credit card package and maintain the packages in storage room.
- Provides administrative support to the Chief Credit Officer and manages their calendar.
- Prepares and attends various meetings to record minutes and correspondence.

- Assists with the development of department procedures, policies, and processes.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Demonstrates consistent professional appearance, behavior, image, high level of integrity, ethics and consistent represents the CTB Brand

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- Prior banking and consumer operations experience a plus!
- Some college experience a plus
- Prior working experience with FIS Clientlink helpful.
- Good presentation, interpersonal relationship building and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficient in using advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc); FIS Horizon XE a plus!
- Ability to facilitate effective meetings and training sessions.
- Excellent analytical, technical, problem resolution, project management, critical thinking, research and negotiation skills.
- Excellent quality customer service and telephone skills with the ability to establish good business relationships to include a win-win solution.
- Must be able to maintain positive composure and consistently demonstrate professional appearance, demeanor, image, and represents the CTB Brand.
- Ability to produce accurate and organized work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to effectively handle and maintain confidential matters and information.
- Up to date understanding of industry trends and developments.
