Trust Administrator manages and administers a group of trust accounts. Reviews legal and financial documents, cultivates customer relationships and transfers and invests balances for clients. Being a Trust Administrator requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. UCO of South Florida is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to fulfill a full-time position within the Hialeah-Central department.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
1. Process check request for Client Trust Funds on a timely manner.
2. Process Petty Cash and Client Trust Request for reimbursement on a timely manner.
3. Record all deposits for Client Trust Funds on a daily basis.
4. Handle all discrepancies with Client Trust Funds.
5. Produces monthly statement for the Client Trust Funds as needed. Post in public folders.
6. Maintains Client Trust Files.
7. Calculates and records interest to Client Trust Accounts.
8. Maintains Client Trust/Petty Cash logs.
9. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
10. Maintains own bank records.
11. Complete bank reconciliation as assigned.
12. Perform AP duties as assigned.
13. All other duties as assigned.
