Our Digital Solutions team is seeking a Salesforce Administrator. This individual collaborates with stakeholders across all divisions of the Bank to define system requirements and to customize the Financial Services & Marketing Cloud platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the FSC and Marketing Cloud platform, including review of new products, services and release of new feature sets. This includes creating, updating and maintaining a quarterly SFDC roadmap and an FIBT rollout roadmap.
    • Develop best practices and a standard operating procedure for the import of new leads and update of existing contact records on a daily basis.
    • Drive the execution of FIBT’s deduplication methodology to cleanse and maintain a true Single Source of Truth.
    • Build out intelligent workflows, process builders and validation rules that assist FIBT in becoming a productivity powerhouse.
    • Work with IT to manage New User Profiles and Access Levels
    • Run quarterly database maintenance reports to ensure the health of the SFDC Org. These reports would include APEX tests, field utilization reports, roles reports, discrepant customer data from Core integrations.
    • Actively participate in Digital Team Meetings and strategy sessions, as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Associates degree; 3-5 years related experience in banking, marketing, or computer science; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • Minimum of three years of Salesforce CRM Platform experience is required, with Financial Services Cloud experience preferred.
    • Current Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
    • Experience in Microsoft Suite preferred.
