JOB DISCRIPTION
- Prepare and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, health care proxies, power of attorney, etc.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide them with legal advice, guidance, and updates as necessary
- Attend court appearances and represent clients in estate administration and litigation proceedings
