Position: Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal

Pay: $27-$30/hour Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8-3pm

We are in search of a paralegal to help in assisting our probate and trust administration team at our Roseville office. Mission: The mission of the paralegal is to support our attorneys and the legal team in working effectively and efficiently. The most important responsibility of the paralegal is to be able to think critically and to ensure that paralegal tasks and projects are completed with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, and positivity in order to support the attorneys and our firm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

o Performing legal research.

o Speaking with clients, scheduling deadlines, and filing documents with courts.

o Preparing Probate documents from the initial petition to the final accounting

o Drafting Trust certifications.

o Preparing property deeds.

Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, be familiar with Judicial Council forms, and be knowledgeable with the rules of civil procedure.

*Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and perform duties under minimal supervision.
