Store Clerk

Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
-Process customer TCG trade-ins and accurately condition cards for online processing
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and restocking as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning shelves, counters, and display areas.
- Upsell products to customers by highlighting additional items or promotions that may be of interest.

Skills:

- Strong retail math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and provide correct change.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Organizational skills to maintain a neat and orderly store layout.
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience.
- Ability to upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of stock management procedures to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
