ABOUT TRUST WOMEN

Trust Women provides resources to act on those decisions, offering medical and surgical abortions and giving people of all genders and sexual orientations the information and services they need for their health and sexuality. In direct response to the 2009 assassination of Dr. George Tiller, then one of the few doctors in the nation who provided late-term abortions, Trust Women was founded to navigate hostile environments to protect access to abortions and continue to provide critical health care to our communities. It has fought legislation, policies and practices that undermine reproductive justice.
