GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Manage the functions of the production floor.
REPORTS TO: Plant Manager
SUPERVISION GIVEN: Manages all Team leads, Supervisors and all Associates assigned to Production, Shipping & Receiving, Toolroom, Maintenance, and Quality.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Requires use of office equipment such as computer, keyboards, telephone, facsimiles, and copiers. May require bending, stooping, stretching, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods of time. Requires normal hearing, vision, and speak range.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in office and factory environments
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of robotics/robotic welding preferred. Previous supervision experience required. Associates or Bachelors in Business, or equivalent work experience.
