Based in WA with several locations down the west coast, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional trust planning services to our clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to provide comprehensive financial planning solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
• Provide trust and estate planning services to clients, including drafting trust agreements, wills, and other estate planning documents.
• Serve as a Trust and Financial Advisor to clients, providing guidance on investment strategies and financial planning.
• Work closely with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to ensure that clients' financial goals are achieved.
• Manage and administer trusts, including investment management, fiduciary accounting, and tax compliance.
• Provide ongoing communication with clients to ensure that their financial plans are on track and to address any concerns or changes in their financial situation.
• Provide support to other members of the team as needed.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• CTFA designation required.
• CPA or CFP designation preferred.
• 3 years of experience in trust and estate planning, financial planning, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
