Position Summary:
The Personal Banker is cross trained in all aspects of retail banking in order to provide the best customer experience in every interaction. This position is responsible for understanding all aspects of a client’s banking needs. They are responsible for understanding branch operations as well as deepening customer relationships by offering value-added products and services as applicable. This position will process client transactions, open new accounts, and take/close loan applications.
