Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented experienced Banking Operations Officer to join our team. As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day branch operations of our organization. This role requires strong financial sales skills, excellent retail banking knowledge, and familiar with banking law & regulations and consumer compliance . 3 years commercial banking experience is a must .

Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial sales transactions and provide exceptional customer service

- Assist with loan origination processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote financial services
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
