Trust Operations Officer directs the work of Trust Operations team in large and complex trust operations. Ensures that transactions are balanced and documented according to policies and procedures. Being a Trust Operations Officer oversees the input and maintenance of data in accounting systems and report generation. Coordinates the processing of dividends and disbursements. Additionally, Trust Operations Officer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Trust Operations Officer manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Trust Operations Officer typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Peapack Private Wealth Management division includes investment management services provided for individuals and institutions; personal trust services, including services as executor, trustee, administrator, custodian and guardian, and other financial planning, tax preparation and advisory services. Officers from the Peapack Private Wealth Management Division are available to provide wealth management, trust and investment services at the Bank’s headquarters in Bedminster, at private banking locations in Morristown, Princeton and Teaneck, New Jersey and at the Bank’s subsidiaries, PGB Trust & Investments of Delaware, in Greenville, Delaware, Murphy Capital Management, in Gladstone, New Jersey, Quadrant Capital Management in Fairfield, New Jersey and Lassus Wherley in New Providence, New Jersey and Bonita Springs, Florida.

    We are currently looking for a trust and wealth management professional who has strong trust and estate administration experience and the ability to deliver exceptional service to our wealth clients. The individual will be responsible for:

    • Understand and administer complex fiduciary accounts in accordance with the terms of the governing documents. Typical accounts would include estates, generation-skipping trusts, charitable trusts, private foundations, revocable and irrevocable trusts.
    • Knowledge of fiduciary and individual income taxation to provide oversight and guidance to clients.
    • Prepare and document annual administrative compliance reviews.
    • Provide account servicing to clients with investment management, individual retirement and custodial accounts, which may include client distributions, deposits, trade requests and tax inquiries.
    • Actively participate with the Wealth Management team to develop, interpret, communicate and facilitate estate and financial planning matters as part of the advice-led solutions presented to clients and prospects.
    • Retain client base by working with relationship team to deliver the highest client service.
    • Serve as liaison with attorneys, accountants and other divisions of the Bank.
