We are currently seeking a full-time Chief Operations Officer to oversee all internal and integrated operations of the agency. Guided by the objectives of agency, the COO provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the agency has the proper procedures, operational controls, administrative & reporting, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure quality care, financial strength, and operational efficiency. Major areas of responsibility include: Strategic Planning, Operational Management, Program Management and Evaluation, Health Information Technology, Business Development, Compliance, and IT.
The COO will oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met, implementing strategies into daily operations to meet the Agency’s objectives. In this capacity, the COO carries responsibility for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations Agency. Exercise management responsibility over the agency ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, community partners and staff. Under the direction of the CEO and Board, the COO will work collaboratively with the organization's clinical teams to ensure optimal financial results.
