• Monitor assigned accounts and platforms to identify potential breaks and/or material exposures
• Perform daily reconciliations and matching for assigned accounts
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed accurately and any variation is escalated to the appropriate managers and stakeholders
• Serve as reconciliation SME to colleagues in the lines of business by sharing knowledge, policy, and procedure guidance as needed
• Partner with Finance and Controller groups to ensure account reconciliations and balances are reported properly
• Reporting to stakeholders and management to inform of daily, weekly, and monthly balances, aged breaks, and/or material exposures
• Provide support to junior colleagues and leadership on complex reconciliation issues, ensuring resolution in timely and effective manner
• Other duties as assigned

Must-Have*

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred)
• At least three years experience in similar role

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong operations and risk management background
• Strong problem solving capabilities
• Understanding of escalation matrices and reporting requirements
• Intermediate or better proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and serve as functional expert to junior colleagues
