Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and operational support throughout the entire listing & home-selling process
- Monitor and maintain project files
- Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Maintain and execute marketing & social media calendars
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish LA)
- Licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson OR interest and willingness to become one
- Proficient in Google Suite- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience in project coordination or office management is a plus- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
