    Overview:
    We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional Operations Assistant to join our team! As an Operations Assistant you’ll play a crucial role supporting the Operations team with many different banking back-office tasks. The Operations Assistant will also routinely work in collaboration with Trust Assistants and others on the Trust Administration team during the course of a normal day. The perfect candidate will be extremely accurate and precise, detail-oriented, proactive, engaged, and highly professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and use sound judgement. Job seekers should take pride in their work, be passionate about helping others, and have an interest in growing with our organization. 

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Process trades, disbursements, and asset maintenance in client accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Conduct daily reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Record fees and other client transactions, making documentation accessible to the team promptly.
    • Generate and process client statements within the expected timeline.
    • Support the entire team with a comprehensive understanding of fiduciary accounting systems.
    • Identify and implement efficiencies in daily processes to enhance productivity.
    • Communicate professionally and considerately with internal and external contacts.
    • Participate in projects and ongoing improvements for the Operations department.
    Qualifications:
    • 2 years of experience in financial services, operations, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of fiduciary accounting systems and principles such as income and principal.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
