Scope of Work:
- Lead teams on deliveries and installations across the U.S.
- Assist in managing a team of 10-15 individuals.
- Ensure DOT compliance across personnel and vehicle fleet.
- May be assigned special projects that require travel.
Compensation / Benefits:
- $900 / Week (Equivalent to $46,800 / Year)

Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate teams for deliveries and installations.
- Assist in managing team to operational standards.
- Ensure DOT compliance for both personnel and vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance.
- May be assigned special projects that require travel.
- Train new team members on installation methods and DOT compliance.
- Monitor team logs to ensure DOT regulations are met.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Management experience of 1-5 years preferred.
- Obtain and maintain DOT Physical Card.
- Provide Acceptable 10-Year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
