Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Condo Rental Program (Small quantity).

• Supervise a staff of 2-5 people.
• Performs all main office functions as required; booking room reservations, answering phone calls, checking guest in & out.
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Orders supplies & maintains inventory for overall operation of property
• Responsible for assisting in housekeeping by removing soiled linens from rooms
• Wash & folds clean linens and stores as appropriate.
• Maintaining linen counts for monthly inventories.
• Inspects the level of cleanliness in guest rooms, storage areas, laundry area and office.
• Inspects public areas and communicates with HOA regarding items needed to maintain and upkeep areas
• Required to do minor maintenance/repairs in condo units. Documents and reports major repairs to approved vendor and follows up to make sure repairs are fixed.
• Communicates with Management Company concerning any repairs & updates needed in units.
• Shares responsibility in after hour calls/emergencies

Office hours 8 am - 4 pm / 7 days a week

Qualifications Summary:

Preferably a minimum of 2 year of hotel front-desk supervisory experience, condo cleaning, and general administrative tasks

Must be able to favorably represent resort to owners, guest and the community.

Must be able to communicate and listen attentively to supervisors and team members.

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length.

Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of urgency.

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Must be able to read and follow written instructions.

Must be able to lift pans, boxes, etc… up to 40lbs.

Must be team oriented and people friendly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
