Trust Operations Team Supervisor jobs in Utica, NY

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include performing various functions for the Trust Department including settlements, check preparation, funds maintenance, reconciliations, deposits, and account openings.

• Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion
• As an integral member of the organization, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the Company in achieving their goals.

Qualifications

Education / Training :

Minimum of 2 year Accounting degree required

Skills :

• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Ability to be highly organized and show an attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and multitask
• Display an intermediate level competency with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as personal computer skills including experience with accounting software

Experience :

Prior Accounting / booking and reconciliation experience preferred.

Hours : 40 hours / week
