Summary of Job Duties

Condley and Company, LLP is hiring a Manager for its Estate and Trust department.

Estate & Trust Managers:

• Ensure client work is performed within time, scope, and budget
• Review research findings, tax returns, and client work papers, ensuring conclusions are consistent with firm policies and professional standards, and determine implications and best course of action for the client
• Document research and planning to share with client team, colleagues, and client

Minimum Entry Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with appropriate accounting hours and CPA license
• Knowledge in Estate and Trust planning/taxation and Partnership planning/taxation
• Public accounting experience or industry equivalent
• Comprehensive understanding of tax law, rules, and implications
• Experience preparing and reviewing returns and researching tax issues
• Authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship

• Stay current on regulatory and industry issues
• Develops loyalty and trust with team and clients
