We have an opening for Quality Control personnel supporting various contracts mainly in the Baltimore area but not limited to that region.

The duties and skills of the Quality Control Team include but are not limited to:

Quality Control personnel will check posts to ensure:

• Security Officers are in proper uniform
• Security Officers are performing their duties as required:
• Proper paperwork is being completed (sign-in sheets/Daily Journals, if required)
• Performing duties as required by Post Orders
• Alert and responsive
• All Security Officers are signed into ADP
• Equipment is present and in working condition

 Quality Control personnel will notify the supervisor of that site immediately if:

• A Security Officer isn’t present.
• A Security Officer isn’t performing their duties as required.
•  A Security Officer is suspected of being Under the Influence. 

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have MD Guard License.
• Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel within Maryland when needed.
• Must have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• At least 2 years of experience working in the Security Guard Protection field
• Supervisory experience
• A comprehensive understanding of the State of Maryland requirements pertaining to Armed and Unarmed Officers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports using such software as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Term: Contract

Salary: $17 per hour 

Hours: Seven days a week, Various 8-hour shifts.
