Establish and maintain high level metrics for team, lead team and use trend analysis to monitor performance. Performs process flow mapping when necessary. Responsible to align the overall production plan and master schedules with manufacturing capability/capacity. Work closely with Processing Managers to ensure all graft production schedules are being attained. Track production to plan KPIs for the production team. Determine inventory levels in conjunction with manufacturing lead times to ensure tissue inventory levels are being met and maintained to support sales plan. Improve and create SOPs for planning as needed. Hire, supervise, and coach Production Planners. Performs other duties as assigned.
