We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of solar energy systems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead all phases of solar energy projects from initiation through closure,, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and interconnection
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate and communicate between various stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
- Oversee the performance of project teams, including subcontractors and consultants.
- Conduct site inspections and project meetings regularly.
**Qualifications:**
- Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Solar project management,
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, energy production, and solar technology.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
