The Children’s Trust of Alachua County is a Special Independent District with taxing authority. Our main focus is to fund various programs for children within our communities. The Contract Manager is an exempt-level position responsible for administering and monitoring contracts for programs funded by the Children’s Trust of Alachua County.

Note: The posted starting salary range is the minimum to midpoint of the salary range for the position.

 What You Will Do in the Role as the Contract Manager:

• Manage the process of executing contracts.
• Negotiate and award contracts.
• Maintain program files.
• Develop and maintain provider rapport.
• Monitor contracts and contract compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance correspondence with awardees.
• Manage contract amendments and revisions.
• Manage contract deliverables and reimbursements in SAMIS software.
• Assist with the management of the bid solicitation process.
• Review applications for funding.
• Evaluate applications.
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities.
• Attend and assist with Board meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Attend and assist with Trust events in the community.

 What You Bring:

• Bachelors Degree and two (2) years’ experience in program management, grant management, or contract compliance.
